NOUVEL AN, NOUVEL ÉLAN, NOUVELLE OPPORTUNITÉ

L’Éternel Dieu dit : Donnons-leur un nouveau jour, puis Dieu donna à l’homme une nouvelle journée. Et Dieu vit que cela était bon, puis il dit : Donnons-leur une nouvelle semaine. Ainsi Dieu donna à l’homme une nouvelle semaine, puis un nouveau mois, ensuite une nouvelle saison, une nouvelle année, une nouvelle décennie, etc… A chaque fois, Dieu nous offre l’occasion de faire une pause, pour réfléchir et faire le bilan de toutes les grâces qu’il nous a accordées afin de le remercier et le célébrer pour tout ce qu’il a fait pour nous jusqu’ici. Oui, merci Seigneur, pour tout ce que tu as accompli pour nous jusqu’ici dans les bons et dans les mauvais moments, merci pour les victoires et pour ta présence fidèle et indéfectible, merci pour cette occasion nouvelle que tu nous accordes afin de prendre un nouveau départ avec toi. « ²¹ Voici ce que je veux repasser en mon cœur, Ce qui me donnera de l'espérance. ²² Les bontés de l'Éternel ne sont pas épuisés, Ses compassions ne sont pas à leur terme; ²³ Elles se renouvellent chaque matin. Oh! que ta fidélité est grande! » (Lamentations 3:21-23 LSG) Amen !

NEW YEAR, NEW MOMENTUM, NEW OPPORTUNITY

The LORD God said, "Let us give them a new day, and then God gave man a new day.” And God saw that it was good, and he said, "Let us give them a new week.” So God gave man a new week, then a new month, then a new season, then a new year, then a new decade, etc. Each time God gives us the opportunity to pause, to reflect and take stock of all the graces He has given us, to thank Him and to celebrate Him for all He has done for us so far. Yes, thank you Lord, for all that you have done for us so far in good times and in bad times, thank you for the victories and for your faithful and unfailing presence, thank you for this new opportunity that you grant us to make a new beginning with you. "²¹ This I recall to my mind; therefore have I hope: ²² It is through the Lord’S mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. ²³ They are new every morning; great is Thy faithfulness." (Lamentations 3:21-23 KJ21) Amen!
